SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS

We are pleased to announce that our partner schools will be East Bergholt High School and Langham Primary School.

We will be working closely with these schools throughout 2017, offering opportunities for young people and teachers to work alongside professional musicians.

If your school is interested in being a future Pimlott Partner school, please get in touch here.

STEVEN PIMLOTT’S LEGACY

The Pimlott Foundation was established 2007 in memory of Steven Pimlott, inspired by his versatility, passion and love of music making.

The Foundation’s aim is to bring together aspiring performers with professionals and promote concerts and live events in buildings of historic interest while also delivering an educational programme which supports performing arts in the local area.

YOUNG MUSICIANS’ CONCERT SERIES

Are you a talented young musician, or do you have a family member or friend who is? Would a concert be good experience and help in promoting or furthering your musical career? The Pimlott Foundation can help by offering Old House Barn as a venue, and help publicising your concert. If you are interested in joining our Young Musician Concert Series, email Daniela Bechly or Helen Thorne for details.

FAMILY CHOIR WORKSHOP

If you would like to sign up or know more about what the choir involves please contact us.

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP

The Pimlott Foundation offers up to £500 each year to sponsor 1 or 2 talented young musicians. And this year we are pleased to announce that George Ireland and Evie Press will be our sponsored students.

George is currently studying piano at the Royal College of Music and Evie has been accepted to study singing at the Junior Guildhall.
